Leave 40 organizational services to us when you choose this lovely package. We even attend five vendor meetings with you! Event-Serendipity guides and supports you along the way while you take care of 60% of the legwork.

We plan and coordinate the arrival of all your vendors & build a highly detailed day-of timeline. We even send text message reminders to vendors and your wedding party on your big day to be sure everyone is on the same page! This package is for you if you want a certified wedding planner to run the show from backstage while you get to be a guest at your own event.

All your guest reservations are made by us. With our advanced systems, we can send out messages to all your guests at any time before, during, and after the the wedding.
